Karisimbi Spiced Rum – born and raised in the Caribbean then on to Finishing School in Hampshire!
Beautifully blended aged and unaged rums from Barbados, Dominican Republic & Jamaica, spiced with blood orange, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla make Karisimbi a complex, vibrant and juicy spiced rum.
Four rums are blended to give Karisimbi it’s complexity. Unaged and aged rums from Dominican republic, aged rum from Barbados and unaged pot still rum from Jamaica. Some of the aged rums are up to 5 years old.
Our spice ingredients are all 100% natural. Each is carefully distilled in grain spirit before being added to the rum with all working together in perfect harmony.
Named after the highest volcanic mountain in the Virunga National Park, Karisimbi will take any drink to new heights! Bottled at 42% abv, Karisimbi Spiced Rum will shine in a mixed drink but it’s also oh so smooth, and perfect sipped neat over ice. Prefer a longer drink? Try Karisimbi mixed with Ginger Ale or Cola.
