This carefully curated space celebrates the beauty of independent brands, offering a unique opportunity to explore the stories, flavours, and inspirations behind our spirits.

At its heart lies the bold juniper backbone of our multi-award-winning Silverback Gin, bottled at 38% ABV to create a drink that’s refreshingly light yet undeniably sophisticated.
Every sip embodies our commitment to conservation. Bottled in 100% post-consumer recycled glass, each purchase supports The Gorilla Organization, helping to protect the endangered Mountain Gorilla population. For a touch of summer during the winter months, serve it with light tonic, fresh clementine, and a sprig of mint—perfect for festive gatherings.
Maraba Coffee Liqueur: A Journey of Rich Flavours and Global Connection
Maraba Coffee Liqueur is more than a drink—it’s a story of collaboration. Crafted in partnership with Moon Roast Coffee and small coffee producers in Rwanda, Maraba honours its roots by using Specialty Grade red bourbon arabica coffee beans. These beans are cold-brewed with alcohol for 72 hours, gently coaxing out flavours that range from light floral to buttery chocolate.
The result is a liqueur that’s bold and smooth, with rich espresso and fruity coffee notes followed by a velvety chocolate finish. With each bottle sold, we donate to the Kula Project, a non-profit dedicated to eradicating poverty by empowering entrepreneurs within Rwanda’s coffee communities. Bottled in recycled glass, Maraba encapsulates the spirit of sustainability and social responsibility.
