Pot Still Finished
It’s a painstaking process but by finishing Blackback in our digitally controlled pot still we’re able to work it slowly, encouraging plenty of interaction between the alcohol vapours and the copper. This is what gives it such an incredible character.
Drink It Your Way
We like it straight from the fridge at about 2 degrees. Others like it from the freezer at minus 25 but either way this velvety vodka is something to savour.
