Important information about conditions of booking experiences at our Hampshire distillery
COVID-19 Update:

We have been thinking long and hard about how and when we can safely reopen our distillery but unfortunately, we have made the tough decision that due to safety and distancing requirements, this is just not possible in the short term.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is vital to us, and the lack of large open space at our distillery would make social distancing, even in small numbers, pretty much impossible. Beyond this, making our experiences interactive, personal, and participative is what makes them so enjoyable, and we feel that adopting current guidelines would impact both on safety and the quality of the experience.

Gift vouchers are still available to purchase, but please bear in mind that it may be some time before they can be redeemed. As a thank you for your continuing support, we’re offering 10% off Gift Cards – just use the code giftcard10 at the checkout. Re-scheduling policy

If you wish to re-schedule your experience, we require a minimum of 21 days notice prior to your booked date. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability on your chosen date.  If you wish to reschedule within 21 days we will charge a 25% re-scheduling fee (or 50% within 7 days of your booking).

Minimum booking numbers

Please note, that to make your visit the best it can be we do need a minimum number of guests to run some of our experiences.  If we haven’t reached that minimum 7 days before your booking we may re-arrange your visit. 

Cancellation policy

If, in the unlikely event, you wish to cancel your experience, we require a minimum of 21 days notice prior to your booked date for a full refund.  Cancellations made within 21 days will be charged at 50% and cancellations within 7 days of your booking will be charged in full.
