Silverback Old Tom Gin

Silverback Old Tom Gin: Winner of IWSC’s Silver Outstanding Medal.

Silverback Old Tom Gin is made with the seven same botanicals as our Silverback Mountain Strength Gin, but at higher levels to create a much richer flavour. We then delicately sweeten it with a touch of sugar.

Hark back to 18th Century England for a richly flavoured gin experience. Old Tom Gins were downed by the bucket load back in the 18th and 19th centuries.  The style is a bridge between Genever and London Dry, drier than the former and sweeter than the latter.

Please note – Silverback VSOG is lightly filtered and may contain natural sediment.

If you’re a neat gin lover then this is the one for you! Drink on the rocks with a twist of lemon zest. Packed with flavour Silverback Old Tom is also perfect for classic cocktails such as a Tom Collins. Alternatively, try it mixed with a premium Indian Tonic, and garnished with a twist of lemon peel for a very modern G&T.
