Alcoholic Product Purchases
We sell our spirits both online (via our website) and at our distillery. As a responsible retailer, we restrict the sale of alcohol to persons aged 18 or over.
Additionally, we operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are over 18, but lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide photo ID to prove your age before we complete a sale to you.
For online orders, deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners will ask for proof of age before completing the delivery.
Should you be unable to provide appropriate and valid proof of age, your sale/delivery will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to restrict any person from placing orders via our website if we suspect that the person placing the order(s) is under the age of 18.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Our decision is final.
Distillery Experiences
We are unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 18 years old on any of our Distillery Experiences and we may request proof of age before allowing a person access to our distillery or participation in any of our Distillery Experiences.
If you are over 18, but lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide photo ID before you can begin any of our tours or classes.
Refunds will not be made where any person under the age of 18 – or any person unable to prove their age, once challenged – is booked onto a Distillery Experience and is unable to prove their age satisfactorily at the start of the Distillery Experience.
You will be asked to sign a health and safety form before the tour begins.
Cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice, in which case we will happily refund you. Refunds can only be made to the card used to make the original booking.
Please note that Gorilla Spirits Co. is a working distillery and therefore guests must be dressed appropriately for entry; no high heels or open toed shoes.
Distillery Experience vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse access and/or continuation of a Gorilla Spirits Co. Distillery tour due to inappropriate and/or disruptive behaviour.
